PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

High Strength/Stiffness: Excellent mechanical properties (tensile/flexural strength) due to 30% glass fiber reinforcement.

Dimensional Stability: Low shrinkage and warpage, maintains tight tolerances.

Excellent heat resistance: High continuous use temperature (~200-220°C), good thermal stability.

Outstanding Chemical Resistance: Resists a wide range of solvents, fuels, acids, and bases.

Good Electrical Insulation: Maintains properties at high temperatures and in harsh environments.

Flame Retardant: Inherently flame retardant (often UL94 V-0 rated).

Good Flow: Relatively good melt flow for processing complex parts.

Key Application :

Automotive: Under-hood components (sensors, connectors, pump housings, ignition parts), transmission parts.

Electrical/Electronics: Connectors, sockets, bobbins, relay housings, SMT components, motor parts.
